When the covid-19 pandemic has infected many people Emirates has to cancel many flight tickets. Emirates opted for two options –

1. Keep the ticket

This preference is given to the passengers so that they can use it when the flights are again available to fly.

Many cancellations of flights during the year 2020, this offer was provided and validate up to 24 months from the date of purchase.

If you select this option –

  • You can schedule the tickets again when you wish to travel.
  • No extra charges will be charged during the pandemic period.
  • You can travel to the destination with the same fare you booked the flight before.

2. Travel Voucher

It is a voucher that includes the amount you spent on the ticket and the assistance related with which can be utilized for other purchases of Emirates like tickets, services, and different products.
